Sky were very unhelpful in the way I that I found out. No email, not any kind of indication at all. I had to contact live chat to discover the fate of my account and to understand why I had not got a free bet. The best way to check if that you have suffered the same fate is to check the status of your Sky Bet club and click on More Info.  This is what I see now: I can't complain too much really. I profited over €840 (see full record of deposits and withdrawals below) and it added some excitement to my sports watching.
